The exhibition of the lots will be held:
27/2, 28/2, 1/3, 2/3, 3/3, 4/3, 5/3 and 6/3 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Access to the exhibition is free.

B. Lot will be sold without warranties, "as is" and without claim. Descriptions and informations (weight, dimensions, materials, …) are for informational purposes. (PLEASE CHECK BEFORE THE SALE THE INFORMATION THAT YOU SEEM ESSENTIAL)
C. The decisions of the auctioneer are final (the information given is approximate).
D. Winning auctions will be confirmed to buyers. They will be asked for their choice of shipping and payment. The payment must be done without delay.
E. The purchaser will pay in addition to the auction 26% charge (All taxes included). For inhouse auctions, via the goldfield.auction website or via a direct buy order.
E.1. A supplement of 4% will be charged if the bids come from an phone order or from platforms partner : AUCTION, DROUOT, SALESROOM, 51BIDLIVE, EPAILIVE, INVALUABLE and LIVE AUCTIONEERS, i.e. 30%.
F. Additional costs related to the method of payment are defined in the general conditions of sale. Reminder: International transfer: 1% TVAC; Paypal / credit cards: 3.5% TVAC; cash: 0%; Bancontact: 1% VAT
G. REMOVAL / SHIPPING: The lots must be collected at our office in Steinfort. GOLDFIELD will not be responsible for the shipping of the lots and the shipping is done under the responsibility of the purchaser.

G.2. Beyond 30Kg, the package cannot be shipped.
G.3. The lots are supposed to be collected from our office (STEINFORT). Sending parcels is a service offered by GOLDFIELD, this sending is done under the sole responsibility of the buyer. In case of loss, breakage or parcel blocked at the customs, in no case, the responsibility of GOLDFIELD can be engaged, the buyer can therefore never demand a refund. GOLDFIELD will however make every effort to limit the risks being a guarantee of means and not of result.
H. ORDER OF PURCHASE: The auctioneer and the experts will take charge of executing the purchase orders for the amateurs who can not be present at the sale. The orders can be done by letter, Internet or telephone, 2h (maximum) before the beginning of each sale.
I. PAYMENT: cash, certified check, bank transfer, credit cards, in EUROS.

K. CONTINUATION (RESALE) RIGHT (the percentage will be added to the cost of the sale of 26%) - extract from the grand-ducal regulation of 25 August 2006 relating to the resale right.
Art. 3. The minimum sale price from which the resale right is collected is 3,000 euros, excluding tax.
The resale right is set as follows:
- 4% for the first tranche of 50,000 euros of the sale price, excluding tax;
- 3% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 50,000.01 and 200,000 euros;
- 1% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 200,000.01 and 350,000 euros;
- 0.5% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 350,000.01 and 500,000 euros;
- 0.25% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, exceeding 500,000 euros.
However, the total amount of the resale right cannot exceed 12,500 euros.
L. In the event of default by the highest bidder, within 5 days of the sale, GOLDFIELD reserves the right to award the lot to the second highest bidder at the value of its last bid. The second bidder will therefore inherit the rights (ownership of the lot) and obligations (payments, etc.) from the highest bidder in the event of default by the latter. The defaulting bidder will be liable, as of right, to GOLDFIELD for compensation equal to 20% of the hammer price.
