Carved wood, featuring an oval face with harmonious, hieratic features, marked by half-closed almond-shaped eyelids, a straight, narrow nose and a slightly open, tubular mouth. The forehead is adorned with linear, punctuated scarification marks, while the cheeks feature characteristic incised geometric motifs. The high headdress, sculpted in volume, is treated in ribbed and ridged registers, giving the whole a strong verticality. Beautiful old dark brown patina with satin highlights, with consistent wear related to ritual use, first half of the XXᵉ century (circa 1920-1950).
