Pierre Tombal is the title of a series of darkly humorous comic strips launched in the early 1980s by cartoonist Marc Hardy and scriptwriter Raoul Cauvin.
The first panel appeared in the Spirou newspaper in 1983.
The stories were short (one or two pages) and centred on Pierre Tombal, a gravedigger.
