A. the general conditions of sale apply

B. Prizes will be sold without warranties, "as is" and without claim. Descriptions and information are for informational purposes.

C. The decisions of the auctioneer are final (the information given is approximate).

D. The payment must be done without delay.

E. The buyer will pay in addition to the auction a 26% fee (all taxes included).

F. Additional costs related to the method of payment are defined in the general conditions of sale. Reminder: International transfer: 1% TVAC; Paypal / credit cards: 3.5% TVAC; cash: 0%; Bancontact: 1% VAT

G. REMOVAL / SHIPMENT: The lots must be removed at our Steinfort premises. GOLDFIELD can take care of sending the lots to the buyer's charge.

H. ORDER OF PURCHASE: The auctioneer and the experts will take charge of executing the purchase orders for the amateurs who can not be present at the sale. The orders can be done by letter, Internet or telephone, before 18h, the day of each sale.

I. PAYMENT: cash, certified check, bank transfer, credit cards, in EUROS.

From 50 € to 100 €: by 10 € -

From 100 € to 300 €: by 20 € -

From 300 € to 1000 €: by 50 € -

From 1000 € to 5000 €: per 100 € -

From 5000 € to 10 000 €: by 200 € - From € 10,000 to € 50,000: per € 500 –

From € 50,000 to € 100,000: per 1000 € -

From 100 000 € to 500 000 €: by 5000 €
