The closing date of the sale is Saturday, January 13, 2024.

Bidding will close at 10:00 am (Brussels time).

The auction venue is located at Gruuss-Strooss, 19 - L-9991 WEISWAMPACH (Luxembourg).

No presence in the auction room.

It is possible to bid online directly on GOLDFIELD AUCTION but also on DROUOT DIGITAL.

A. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.

B. Lots will be sold without warranty, "as is". Descriptions and information (weight, measurements, material, condition, etc.) are given for information only. (PLEASE CHECK ESSENTIAL INFORMATION BEFORE THE SALE).

C. Winning bids will be confirmed to buyers. They will be asked for their shipping and payment options. Payment for winning lots must be made immediately. In accordance with articles L. 222-4, L. 222-9 and L. 222-10 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer/consumer has a right of withdrawal. The buyer/consumer has a period of 14 days after receipt of the purchased lot(s) to exercise his right of withdrawal. After dispatch or collection of the lot(s), the condition for exercising this right of withdrawal is the request, prior to the sale, for confirmation of the information/description elements that appear essential. The lots are supposed to be collected from our offices in Weiswampach. As delivery of the lot(s) is an optional service, delivery costs will not be reimbursed if the right of withdrawal is exercised. In addition, the purchaser shall bear the costs of return shipment and the lot(s) must be received by GoldField in good condition or at least in the condition in which they were shipped by GoldField. The right of withdrawal does not apply (even if the information has been confirmed) to precious metal objects (gold, silver, platinum, ...), precious stones (diamond, pearl, ...) and perishable goods (wine, ...).

D. For bids made via the goldfield.auction website, the buyer will pay, in addition to the bid, 28% in fees (all taxes included).

D.1. A surcharge of 4% will be invoiced if the bids come from the partner platform: DROUOT DIGITAL.

E. No additional fees will be charged for payment methods.

F. COLLECTION / DISPATCH :

Lots must be collected from our premises in WEISWAMPACH. GoldField can arrange shipment of lots at the buyer's expense and responsibility.

F.2. Packages weighing more than 30 kg cannot be shipped (except in exceptional cases, at GoldField's discretion and subject to quotation). Even under 30 kg, certain lots are considered undeliverable by GoldField (size, bulk, weight, ...), GoldField reserves the right to deliver or not a lot.

F.3. Lots are deemed to be collected from our premises (WEISWAMPACH). Parcel delivery is a service offered by GoldField. The buyer is entirely responsible for this shipment. In the event of loss, breakage or packages being held up at customs, GoldField cannot be held responsible and the purchaser will not be entitled to a refund. GoldField will, however, make every effort to limit the risks, as this is a guarantee of means and not of results.

F.4. Paid lots are expected to be collected within 15 days. If this time limit is exceeded, the buyer will be required to pay the sum of 5 EUROS per day and per item until the lots are collected.

G. PAYMENT: cash, bank transfer, credit cards, in EUROS.

H. Bidding increments are as follows:

- from €1 to €25: by €1

- from €25 to €50: in €5 increments

- from €50 to €100: per €10

- from €100 to €300: by €20

- from €300 to €1,000: by €50

- from €1,000 to €2,000: by €100

- from €2,000 to €4,000: by €200

- from €4,000 to €10,000: per €500

- from €10,000 to €100,000: by €1,000

- from €100,000 to €500,000: by €5,000

I. RESALE RIGHTS - extract from the Grand-Ducal regulation of August 25, 2006 on resale rights.

Art. 3 The minimum selling price for which droit de suite is levied is 3,000 euros, exclusive of tax.

The droit de suite is set as follows

- 4% for the first 50,000 euros of the sale price, exclusive of tax

- 3% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 50,000.01 and 200,000 euros

- 1% for the portion of the sales price, excluding tax, between 200,000.01 and 350,000 euros

- 0.5% for the portion of the sales price, excluding tax, between 350,000.01 and 500,000 euros

- 0.25% for the portion of the sales price, excluding tax, in excess of 500,000 euros.

However, the total amount of droit de suite may not exceed 12,500 euros.
