EXPOSITION
You can see the objects presented in our sales in advance or on our website and during the preliminary exhibitions: the schedules, the date, the conditions of the sale and the catalog will all be given at the same time.
These exhibitions are an opportunity to see the objects directly and allow you to meet our team which is at your disposal.
BY INTERNET
It is possible to register on the sites of our partners until 3 hours before the sale, to then follow our sale and bid live on the Internet.
BY PHONE & BY PURCHASE ORDER
Purchase order forms allow you to delegate bidding on your behalf up to a specified amount or you can ask us to call you during the auction to transmit your auction directly to the auctioneer.
The purchase order includes the date of sale, the item number, its description and the maximum amount for your bids.
The purchase order form is available in the room and on www.goldfield.auction. You can also send us your purchase order request by email: info@goldfield.auction
A phone request is a service provided by GoldField upon request. GoldField can not be held responsible for any errors, failures due to a technical failure, or failure to answer during the call attempt. You must make sure you are free by phone during the sale.
BUYERS FEES
Buyer fees are added to the hammer price : 28% Taxes included (including 16% taxes).
No additional fees are charged for the method of payment :
- Cash: 0%
- International transfer, bancontact: 0% TVAC
- Credit cards: 0% TVAC
DISPATCH
On bidder's request, GoldField may, after an auction, ship the awarded items. On each item, shipping charges are estimated. The costs are at charge of the bidder and must be paid (in the same way as the hammer price) before shipment.
WHEN TO RECOVER AN OBJECT?
No item can be withdrawn before full payment of the due amount. Items awarded that have not been withdrawn by the purchasers during the sale, will be kept in safe places. The lots awarded must be withdrawn within 15 days of the auction.
GoldField does not include any storage charges up to 15 days after the date of the sale, then storage fees will be charged at 10 € per day for furniture and 5 € per day for objects. These fees must be paid before collecting the items and presentation of the paid note.
